"We had a visit today at Advantage Dental and it went perfectly!!! Our dental assistant, Brian, was amazing and funny. He made sure that my daughter was comfortable during her procedure which helped her to not be so nervous or scared. The dentist also made sure that she wasn’t in any pain and they were able to complete everything in minutes. I love the discussion he had with my oldest (17) regarding the effects of her soda drinking and she hasn’t drank soda in 2 weeks so far!! I take my other daughter there for routine cleanings and I love it at Advantage Dental!"

"I was blown away by this experience in the most positive way. I was very nervous about going back to the dentist for a much needed cleaning but the entire staff eliminated all my nerves. The assistant that took my X-rays was so sweet and careful. Every single process was thoroughly explained to me and all the dentist lingo was broken down into a way I can understand. The hygienist was so patient with me, extremely professional and constantly asked if i was doing okay. The dentist went over my scans with me and made me comfortable with the treatment plan and was so nice. One thing that stuck out was that they listened to me! They never once tried to push their own agenda, they only cared what was best for my teeth and my health. Nicole at the front desk so extremely helpful and kind to me from the moment i walked in. I felt safe and taken care of which was lacking completely from my previous dentist. She explained every bit of how my insurance worked and we figured out a schedule to get my teeth back in order. No one has ever explained my insurance to me before, only told me what was covered and what wasn’t. I walked out of this dentist with tears in my eyes because I finally found a team that cared. As a mother of 3, it’s easy to let my own health get forgotten while tending to children, but I was never shamed for not keeping my teeth in perfect condition. They just want to help. I’m so happy i found a dentist to bring my family to. Thank you so much!!!"
"All 3 of my boys (14, 15, and 18) have had cleanings and dental work here since they were very young and none have ever had any complaints. The Dentist always makes them feel comfortable and safe. They have never experienced pain during their dental procedures and I trust the staff here to take good care of my sons."

He was so attentive to my comfort and pleasnt to chat with before and after my cleaning. The girls at the fro t desk couldn't be more attentive. They quickly assist me so I don't have to wait."

"I can’t thank you all enough for seeing my son for an emergency. Everyone was so kind and helpful. As a Nurse myself I know the importance of patient care and I am very happy with my experience here. I will continue to bring my two other kids here as well. I walked in struggling because I have two kids under two and our stroller broke before walking out the door. All the ladies were very understanding and welcoming to my kids. "I took my reluctant 2 year old daughter for her first visit. I was worried she would not cooperate but the dental assistant gave her a couple of toys to relax her. The dentist, who was very friendly, came in and finished the exam in about 2 minutes. She brushed my daughter's teeth to look at them and then placed fluoride on them. I was surprised and relieved at how quick and efficient it was! Loved it! We'lll be coming back!"
"I was greeted at the reception area when I checked it. My first visit to this dentist and was delighted to see I could fill out ALL paperwork online before arriving. Did not wait more than 15 minutes before being greeted a 2nd time as I was taken back for my procedure. The front desk team and dental assistant were all professional, polite and genuinely friendly. Dr. Matouk was exceptional as she took time to explain the process before it began and paused periodically to ensure I was not feeling any pain. We were looking for a dentist since we moved here 2 years ago and I am delighted to say we have found one!! I HIGHLY recommend Advantage Dentists - Humble as their family dentist, as my experience could not have been better!"

"This establishment provides the most friendliest and welcoming visits to their patients. My daughter has been a patient with them since she was about 2 yrs old and now shes 9. She has never been afraid and they always make her feel special and provide the best service. "I was nervous to bring my youngest son on our first visit. It was for a tooth that was hurting so we had never been there. He is also diagnosed with high functioning autism. I talked to the ladies at the front and explained what a fight it was to get him to brush his teeth in the mornings much less floss. Explained that he looks at professionals differently then his parents and could they help me out. I asked them to tell him he had to brush, floss, etc. every day. When he was finished with his visit and we were checking out the ladies did just that. They explained that he had to do it or no Dr. Peppers and that this was his homework. He would have to come back in 6 months so they could make sure he did his homework. Since this visit he has been brushing and flossing and NOT complaining about it one bit. Most people only write the reviews about the doctors but I believe the doctors staff are even more important. They don’t get the credit they deserve. I highly recommend this office and already have appointments for our other 2 children. I do hope everyone remembers to be thankful for the office staff just as much as the doctors. My regret is I did not get their names!!"

Like I used to go to south Texas dental and that place is really ghetto and nasty and they aren't good at booking your appointment on time and my mom took me to Atascocita and took me to advantage dentist , they have it so clean and talk to u really nice especially to my little brother they make us clean our teeth in the same room so our siblings can get comfortable and I also got my wisdom tooth out from them and I had a pleasant experience !"

My only complaints are, they are so busy or overbooked that they could not go ahead with the treatment my kids needed, I had to schedule another appointment for the following week, also the wait time to be seen is quite long. Secondly, the utensils out were not in bags. I’d rather the Dr open the bags when she is ready to examine. I’m not even sure if they were in bags to begin with. I do love that they are open on Saturdays and are so close to my house."

"Just finished our third annual visit and have continued to be impressed with both their service snd customer service. My son needed a lot of work done this past visit. He's 7 and it's his first time getting fillings. DR. Liu and her assistant were wonderful with him. They kept me posted on everything they did and let me come check on him whenever I wanted. They took it slow and didn't try to cram all 9 fillings in one visit. They kept him at ease and, once he learned how to notify them when he could feel pain, he says it didn't hurt. Appointments are easy to make. Wait times were reasonable (15 minutes). Still very happy with this dentist."

"I have NEVER written a review in my life but because of all the bad reviews I ABSOLUTELY needed to leave this one! Despite what I read on here, I called to make an appointment on a Thursday because they were the only Dental office that took my grandchildren's (ages 6 and 8) insurance. The appointments were made for that Monday. The staff was friendly and the wait was short. The hygienist was great. My grandson had a bad experience with a dentist when he was three. She made him feel so comfortable and talked to him during the entire cleaning. His two baby teeth needed to be removed because his permanent teeth were coming in behind them. He was then scheduled in immediately on Wednesday. Once again, all the staff and office people were friendly and kind. The dentist and hygienist talked to him and made him feel comfortable. He never saw the needle she used to numb him (front teeth). He never cried or complained of pain. He no longer fears going to the dentist. Thank you Advantage Dentist and Orthodontics! I would recommend them to anyone with small children"
